Practice

Guided practices

Sessions offered in plain language, with long pauses and no pressure to feel anything in particular.

New recordings are added through the year. Each one can be repeated as often as you like; familiarity is part of what makes a practice steady.

  • 3 minutes

    One breath at a time

The shortest return: three minutes of following the breath as it already is.

  • 10 minutes

    Body and ground

Attention travels through the body, resting on weight, warmth and contact.

  • 12 minutes

    Listening practice

Letting sound arrive and pass, near and far, without choosing.

  • 15 minutes

    Noticing Jerry

Meeting mental activity as an event that can be seen rather than obeyed.

  • 20 minutes

    Walking slowly

An outdoor practice for movement, contact with the ground and open sky.

  • 30 minutes

    Evening settling

A longer, quieter session for the end of the day.

Practising with others
