Touch of Stillness
Meditation, practices, retreats and quiet reflection—offered slowly, with room to breathe.
Touch of Stillness began as a separate space for meditation and reflection. It now lives here, alongside the teachings it grew from, so that understanding and practice can sit side by side.
Stillness, in this sense, is not the absence of movement or noise. It is a quality of attention that can be present while walking through a busy street, sitting with a difficult feeling, or washing the dishes after supper.
Sessions are offered online and in person through the year. Everyone is welcome, whether you have practised for decades or have never sat still on purpose in your life.
