Begin here

You can start exactly where you are.

There is nothing to join and nothing to believe. Begin with one idea, one practice, or one short talk—and see what becomes clearer.

Most people arrive here with a busy mind. Perhaps thoughts repeat late at night. Perhaps old memories feel as vivid as the room you are sitting in. These teachings begin with something very ordinary: noticing what is actually happening, moment by moment.

You do not need experience with meditation, and you do not need to be Buddhist. The teachings are offered in plain language, and everyone is welcome—people of all faiths and none.
